“focussing”. This method
is based on these stages of development in
sequence:
Step
1: We
create a graphic file of the design.
Step
2: We show you the graphic file
of the design and ask for approval before
moving to the next stage of development.
Step
3: This stage has two possible
outcomes:
a)
If in Step 2 the design is not approved by
the customer, we work on the design and start
the process over at Step 1 until you are satisfied,
then we move to the next stage of development.
b) If in Step 2 you agree to the work we have
performed and you agree that we should continue
with the design, we then move to Step 4.
Step
4: We continue developing the website
based upon Step 3 and convert the
graphic files into a HTML web page format,
create the web pages and continue designing.
We communicate with the customer for further
approvals.

Our
standard business terms are:
-35% deposit to initiate project.
-40% milestone payment during the design
and development phases of your website project;
-25% completion payment. All payments
are billable on the 1st and 15th
of each month.

We stay in constant contact with you on the
progress of your site. Based on your
input the site gets completed.
After site completion, you pay the remaining
25% balance.
The client site is then made available on the
web.
Our
standard turnaround for websites is 40 business
days after the Client has furnished all necessary
files in order to begin the design phases of
the project.
In most cases, we upload all material to a test
area on our servers and use email to collaborate
on graphics, templates, content revisions, &
any other changes to the website.
Completion
time is contingent on many factors including
input from the client. We strive to bring our
clients' sites in on time and
under budget!
